This service Contract is designed to support actors managing or implementing EU cooperation programmes at global, regional and country level to assess, design, monitor, implement and evaluate sustainable urban development and planning interventions and to support policy work on this matter. The technical assistance work will be demand driven and will cover all the countries where INTPA is active (requests will come both from EU Delegations and from INTPA HQ). The contractor will have to deliver high level technical assistance and policy advice at country, regional and global level through expert advice and field missions in order to support committed countries and partners to reach the SDG11 objectives. Given the geographical span and the multidisciplinary topic, it is foreseen that the contractor will mobilise a broad pool of non-key experts to support the Key experts.
