Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The European Commission, Joint Research Centre in Geel (Belgium) plans to purchase the following items: - 10 x low energy cones (100mm steel + 200mm PEHD): SCL1 to SCL10 - 8 x high energy cones (200mm steel + 300mm PEHD): SCH1 to SCH8 - 8 x detector cones (100mm steel + 200mm PEHD): SCD1 to SCD8 - 1 x tripod (design to be defined before manufacturing) These 26 shadow cones will be used for the neutron metrology at the accelerator MONNET
