Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. The overall objective of this contract is to provide the scientific basis for the development of minimum requirements for the product group ‘textiles’ under the future Ecodesign legislation (ESPR). Additionally, the project will include the basis for a proposal of EU Ecolabel criteria and EU GPP criteria for the same product group. The evidence base for these instruments should be developed in one single research process.
