Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. Building 040 is a building, which houses several kind of activities like office space, chemical laboratories, nuclear laboratories and technical installations. This renovation concerns the renovation of offices, a sanitary area and several labs. The works concerns the renovation and modifications on the internal construction (floors, ceiling, painting, doors, …) and the renewal of the technical installation (Electrical and HVAC). Where possible the existing installation will be reconnected. The surface of the area that will be renovated: approximately 750 m2
