Description	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Istar Application is an ISO 15489-based, e-Domec compliant electronic document and record management (EDRM) application for the management of all the documents and records generated by the processes of construction, refurbishment and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure of the JRC on its Ispra Site. The contractor will have to assure the necessary actions to keep the Istar Application functioning correctly according to DM/RM standards, in respect of the Commission's rules, taking full responsibility of the existing application in a hosting agreement with the JRC.
