Naziv	Resource efficiency in practice - closing mineral cycles.
Opis	The main elements of the pilot project will consist of:1. a state of play study on: nutrient concentrations (N, P) in soil and water in the EU, aimed at identifying saturated regions and regions where nutrients are scarce or where there would be scope to use more organic fertiliser; the effects of intensive agriculture on water/air/soil/biodiversity/climate in saturated areas; the analysis of the possibility of transfer of manure (following varying levels of processing) to non-saturated areas where there would be greater demand/better price; the processing techniques in saturated areas (including biogas installations); possible options for increasing manure use efficiency on farms (focus on application techniques/new technologies/timing of applications);2. dissemination and education stage. The contractor would take the results from the state of play study and prepare leaflets and organise dissemination events both in 3 to 5 Member States and in Brussels.
