Descrizione	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. As per the article 23 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/856, “The Commission shall prepare annual accounts of the Innovation Fund for each financial year, which shall run from 1 January to 31 December on the basis of the financial statements provided pursuant to the first subparagraph. Those accounts shall be subject to an independent external audit.” In order to comply with the Regulation, DG CLIMA needs technical assistance services to conduct the audit of the Innovation Fund financial statements for the years 2020 and 2021.
