Descrizione	The services contract will provide support to the “Scientific and Technological Support to Regional Centres of Excellence (RCoEs) related to Green Transition” programme. It will provide technical assistance to improve cross-sectoral and cross-regional coordination and strategic steering of the RCoEs in Sub-Saharan Africa.
