Titolo	Study on economies of scope in the aggregation of health-related data
Descrizione	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The overall objective of this contract is to produce empirical evidence on the existence and magnitude of the benefits for society (as distinct from private benefits) from improved data-driven insights that can be obtained through economies of scope from data aggregation across a variety of complementary datasets. The specific objective of this project is to collect empirical evidence with a focus on health outcomes. It examines to what extent insights from purely medical data on specific health outcomes can be complemented with other health data as well as demographic, socio-economic and other types of patient-specific data to achieve better predictability of health outcomes.
