Descrizione	The objective is to obtain empirical evidence and provide the Commission with the independent scientific analysis and conclusions on the impact of the new capital requirements on the banks' capacities to provide long-term loans and, more specifically, infrastructure financing. The study delivered by the contractor(s) should serve as an important input in the preparation of the Commission reports and other documents.
