Virsraksts	Support for the summary of the contributions to the exploratory consultation on the future of the communications sector and its infrastructure
Apraksts	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The tender relates to the launch by the European Commission on 23 February 2023 of an exploratory consultation on the future of the electronic communications sector and its infrastructure to gather views on the potential developments of the connectivity sector and its infrastructure (“Exploratory Consultation”). The Exploratory Consultation will close on 19 May 2023. The Exploratory Consultation, which includes a questionnaire of 62 questions, investigates technological and market developments including their impact on future networks and business models for electronic communications; consumers related aspects, barriers to Single Market and fair contribution by all players benefitting from the digital transformation. The contractor would be requested to review and summarise all the contributions of the respondents to the Exploratory Consultation to which it will be given access, and to produce the following summary reports: 1. Preliminary Summary Report The Preliminary Summary Report will consist of a summary of the contributions to the Exploratory Consultation relating only to questions 1, 2, 6, 7, 11 and 33. The Preliminary Summary Report shall be limited to six (6) pages maximum. 2. Summary Report The Summary Report will consist of a summary overview of all the replies received by the Commission to the Exploratory Consultation. The Summary Report should present the information obtained during the Exploratory Consultation in a descriptive format. The Summary Report shall be limited to 15 pages maximum. 3. In-Depth Summary Report The In-depth Summary Report will consist of a comprehensive summary of all the contributions to the Exploratory Consultation, question by question, distinguishing between categories of respondents. The In-depth Summary Report shall be limited to 65 to 80 pages maximum. The three summary reports must be produced in sequence and delivered on specific dates, and in any event, within maximum 7 weeks, after the date of closure of the Exploratory Consultation on 19 May 2023. The potential contractor should be able to allocate sufficient time and resources to the production of the summary reports within the deadlines, taking into account that it is not possible at this stage to provide an estimate of the number of contributions to be reviewed and summarised.
