Titel	Environmental Coordinator & legal compliance services at JRC-Geel
Beschrijving	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The JRC-Geel, as class 1 facility, must appoint an Environmental Coordinator to be compliant with the environmental legislation (VLAREM II, DABM...). Additionally the JRC-Geel is EMAS registered and needs to fulfil supplementary requirements. The JRC-Geel needs therefore the services of an experienced Environmental Coordinator with a level A to perform relevant tasks (i.e mandatory duties listed in DABM and VLAREM II) to comply with the environmental legislation. The Environmental Co-ordinator will also be required to carry out legal compliance tasks to ensure that JRC-Geel acts in accordance with the environmental laws (Flemish, Belgian, European...).
