Data-collection pay transparency study
Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure.

The purpose of this open call is to commission the implementation of an independent study by the JRC, under an AA agreement with DG JUST, aimed at identifying the best policy option (or combination of those) to support the proper enforcement of the principle of equal pay for the same work or work of equal value between women and men. The contractor will in particular support the European Commission by implementing either an online experiment or an interactive online experiment. The results of the study will feed into the discussions around the Commission Impact Assessment Staff working document supporting the envisaged initiative on strengthening the principle of equal pay between men and women through pay transparency (to be proposed in November 2020). To receive the invitation to tender, please register on this website by using "Express interest" button.
