Titel	Communication - Creative Service for online content and graphic design
Beschrijving	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The purpose of this framework contract in cascade is the provision of creative service in the field of online content and graphic design services which are detailed below. The contractor will perform the services in direct contact with JRC staff through mail or email, fax, telephone or videoconference. The aim of the contract is to provide the Joint Research Centre (JRC), and in particular the Directorate B, over a period of maximum four years from its signature, with the following services: conception of content, graphic design and production of a series of products which will mainly consist (but not necessarily only) of non-interactive and editorial products (i.e: infographics, posters, informative brochures, design and/or layout of publications, covers for reports, event promoting materials, presentations, etc.) and interactive/online products (i.e: data visualisations dashboards, story maps, interactive infographics, microsites, animated infographics, animated storytelling with data/animated visualisations, motion graphics, etc.). The mentioned products will generally accompany the publication of reports about research projects which inform policy-makers, decision-makers, academics and other stakeholders including the general public about issues relevant to the fields of JRC's research.
