Opis	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle value procedure. The JRC’s European Commission Atmospheric Observatory measures gaseous and particulate air pollution, including physical and optical parameters of aerosols. In particular, the LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) measures vertical profiles of aerosols optical properties, which are essential variables for determining aerosol climate forcing.
