Título	Optical Particle Counter
Descrição	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Air and Climate Unit of the European Commission Joint Research Centre would like to buy a monitoring instrument to measure fine particulate matter. The instrument shall analyse continuously particulate matter in ambient air in the size range 180 nm – 18 µm. It shall calculate simultaneously the concentration values for PM2.5 and PM10, parameters requested by EU air policy. At the same time the particle number concentration and particle size distribution should be calculated and recorded. A type approval in line with the requirements of standard EN 16450 is required.
