Opis	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. Language training courses in Italian, French, Arabic and Russian with the scope of developing the language competences of the participants, so that they can use them in their professional activities and/or private life. To do so, participants will develop competences in understanding (listening and reading), speaking (spoken interaction, spoken production) and writing, as defined in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
