Názov	Monitoring and Learning System for the North of Africa Window of the EUTF
Opis	The services to be mobilized under the present contract aims to continue assessing the extent to which the strategic objectives of the EU Emergency Trust Fund for stability and addressing root causes of irregular migration and displaced persons (EUTF) in Africa are being achieved in the North of Africa (NoA) window. The contract will build on the existing Monitoring and Learning System (MLS) put in place by the EUTF NoA since October 2016 to ensure its stability, while also addressing the necessity to increase the current level of harmonisation with the systems in place for the other two windows of the EUTF Africa (namely the Horn of Africa MLS and the Sahel and Lac Chad MLS).
