Opis	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The H2020 Project LongRun needs to perform a series of tests starting (hopefully) in April 2021. For these tests – but also for other measurements related to the CO2 project – JRC will need to purchase a new and fully functional on board Fuel Flow Meter (FFM)
