Opis	The procurement relates to the implementation of the Commission Implementation Decision of 12 May 2020 on the financing of the Annual Action Programme in favour of Viet Nam for 2020 for the EU-Viet Nam Sustainable Energy Transition Programme (CRIS No. ACA/2020/40898). The required Financing Agreement (FA) has not been signed yet. The procurement will be launched with suspensive clause subject to the conclusion of the FA.
