Opis	Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority’s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. To fulfill the requirements and needs of the rapid heating-triggered thermal runaway propagation test campaign, whose main purpose is to contribute to the the development of a regulatory method for thermal propagation testing of traction batteries, JRC requires a battery electric vehicle (BEV), which fulfills the requirements listed below and hereby to procure equipment required for this evaluation.
