Study on “Reviewing the Functioning of Member States' National and Transnational Referral Mechanisms"
The study is expected to:— give an overview of the situation in all EU Member States as to the functioning of the national and, where relevant, transnational referral mechanisms,— provide good practices, models and examples of the functioning of national and transnational referral mechanisms,— provide specific recommendations with respect to improving the functioning of the national and transnational referral mechanisms for the interest of the victims, with a view of helping Member States when implementing the Directive 2011/36/EU and advising the European Commission.
