Assignments involving studies and overseeing works' performance or assistance in the fields of building engineering
The services entail: — assignments involving studies and overseeing of works in the field of building engineering, including several preliminary design phases or all of them, permission if necessary, plans, assistance during invitations to tender, monitoring of works' performance, acceptance for restructuring, extension, renovation and/or restoration projects, — ad hoc assistance or consultancy assignments in the building field. The buildings involved are: — the Justus Lipsius Building located on rue de la Loi in Brussels, which is the headquarters of the Council of the European Union and its Secretariat. It has a total gross surface area of 228 000 m2. It was completed in 1995 and houses conference infrastructure, offices, restaurants, sports facilities, print rooms, storage rooms and car parks, — the Lex Building located on rue de la Loi in Brussels, which has a total gross surface area of 81 000 m2. It was completed in 2007 and houses conference rooms, offices, a restaurant, storage rooms and car parks, — the Europa Building located on rue de la Loi in Brussels, which has a total gross surface area of 71 000 m2. It was completed in 2016 and houses conference rooms, offices, restaurants and car parks, — the crèche located on avenue de la Brabançonne in Brussels, which has a total gross surface area of 6 000 m2. It was completed in 2006, — the warehouse currently located in Overijse which will be replaced by one in Neder-Over-Heembeek during the course of 2017.
