Technical engineering consulting firm
The technical engineering consulting firm, under the supervision and coordination of lot A, shall ensure the quality of the structure with regard to technical engineering disciplines. This will guarantee the design of a building that meets the requirements of the plans, the works invitation to tender specifications, and the professional standards and performance expected. For the construction lots for which it carries out the technical coordination, it shall also undertake the cost controller assignment where the main aim is to manage and monitor the quantities implemented for the west site as well as the construction costs relating thereto.
