Architectural consulting firm
The architectural consulting firm, under the management and coordination of lot A, shall ensure the quality of the structure with regard to architectural disciplines and artistic monitoring. This will guarantee the design of a building that meets the requirements of the plans, the works invitation to tender specifications, and the professional standards and performance expected. By organising and managing the coordination unit (with lots C and N), the firm shall carry out the technical coordination of the works and define the division of services between the works companies. For the construction lots for which it carries out the technical coordination, it shall also undertake the cost controller assignment where the main aim is to manage and monitor the quantities implemented for the west site as well as the construction costs relating thereto.
