Lot 3 is for the provision of protective security services for the EIB's staff travelling and/or working in the EU and overseas locations except in the EIB's headquarters located in Luxembourg. It is specifically for the provision of security assistance services for business travellers on mission or external offices staff whereby ground operatives may be required to perform ‘meet and greet’, security escort, ‘fixer’ services.
