The future service providers will be required to provide specialised human resources advisory services is related to the following domains: — HR strategy (including implementation as well as target operating model); — Talent management and succession planning; — Internal mobility; — Strategic workforce planning; — Performance management and development (e.g. individual development plan); — Diversity and inclusion; — Employer branding and EVP; — On-boarding; — Organisational culture and employee engagement; — HR analytics and reporting; — HR technology trends. In order to support best HR delivery, the personnel directorate is looking for service providers who are able to conduct “visioning” exercises for all the above mentioned domains — with support for the key leaders impacted within the Directorate. Furthermore, the Service Providers should also be able to provide capabilities to provide market analysis on the domains listed above - i.e. benchmarking with other IFIs/banks and best-in-class current practice and recommendations for the above listed HR domains.
