Support services to the EUIPO activities related to the archiving, management and distribution of documents, correspondence and packages and the Wubbo de Boer Inter@ctive Centre
Lot 1 — The scope of the portion of the contract relating to lot 1 includes the provision of operational services, specific services and other services related to archive management, internal distribution, central reprographics and the activities of the Wubbo de Boer Inter@ctive Centre (“WdB IC”).Operational services are those provided on a continuous basis and include the following:— archive management, both inside and outside of the EUIPO facilities,— internal distribution (mail, packages, publications and other items),— central reprographics,— services at the Wubbo de Boer Inter@ctive Centre encompassing the reading room for consulting bibliographic material, along with the attached storage facilities and multi-purpose rooms.Also, the scope of the contract includes specific services, such as the maintenance of modules for archiving or the purchase, leasing or rental of material. Occasionally, the EUIPO may ask the Contractor to provide other services related to the object of this contract. The services currently covered by other contracts made by the EUIPO are beyond the scope of this invitation to tender.
Most economic
