Operation of the points of sale:— Martens self-service (450 seats),— Martens cafeteria (200 seats),— event activity.The turnover of this lot is currently estimated at 1 500 000 EUR per year. This is an average of the recent revenue extrapolated over the total 7 year period, without guarantee and provided as an indication to estimate the size of the concession contract, and will significantly depend on the commercial choices of the future concessionaire.
