Supply of evaluation of communication activities services in the policy areas under the responsibility of DG Justice and Consumers
Description
This call for tender aims to identify organisations that shall assist the European Commission in defining a consistent information and communication policy for DG Justice and Consumers that shall take account of the different target audiences, appropriate messaging and the most effective tools. While the Commission will remain in charge of the respective communication activities, the aim is to identify professional and competent service providers in the area covered by this call for tender. No public service tasks or discretionary powers will be delegated to the contractor(s).
