Operation of the Global Land component, data distribution and user interface
Lot 3 will ensure the Global Land product distribution facility. It will archive and distribute products produced up to now under the GL service and will archive and distribute lot 1 and lot 2 produced products as well as eventual future products made operationally available by the GL service. It is organised in 4 activity lines: ‘user interface’, ‘data access’, ‘mirroring site’ and ‘evolution’.The outcome will be a 365/24/7 available data and product Web distribution interface and facility for the Global Land service.
