   This publication is made pursuant to point 3 of Annex I to the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union which requires ex-ante publication of procedures with a value up to the Public Procurement Directive thresholds. Through this publication the Contracting authority announces it intention to launch a negotiated low or middle value procedure. Economic operators interested in the planned procedure are invited to register by clicking on the button "Express interest". No evaluation will be performed at this stage. Economic operators who have registered within the deadline to express interest will receive an invitation to tender with all the relevant documents to prepare an offer.
