Professional capacity criteria and evidence
Dear Sir or Madam, According to the criteria relating to the team delivering the service, there are no requirements of having expereinces in the field of heritage in case of a project leader. Would it mean that the lead partner with whom the project manager is associated might not have any significant experiences in conducting heritage studies once the team members and all tenderes comply with all criteria listed in point 4.4.4 of the tender specifications? Dear Sir, The criteria listed in point 4.4.4 of the tender specifications must apply to the team implementing the activities as a whole, and not specifically to the lead organisation. Kind regards, DG EAC
