Could you please specify how can we give evidence of the notice of appointment of the persons authorised to represent the tender ? Should it named the person authorised ? We will already provide the complete legal entity form as well as its supporting document.

Dear Madame, The legal entity form needs to be signed by an authorised representative. The evidence proving that the representative is legally authorised to represent the tenderer needs to be provided only by the successful tenderer after contract award and before its signature, if it has not been provided with the legal entity form. The evidence consists of a legible copy of the notice of appointment of the authorised person or a copy of the publication of such appointment if required under the legislation of the legal entity. Any delegation of this authorisation must be evidenced. In any case the evidence must clearly indicate the identity of the authorised person. Best regards, DG EAC
