Frontex Security Rules
What are the Frontex Security Rules that Contractor should respect with each Specific Contract? What decision would be made by Frontex in case these rules are conflicting with internal rules of Contractor?

In general, the security rules concern the access to Frontex premises, documents and systems. As indicated in point 7.5 of the TOR, the contractor shall be be provided with Frontex Security Rules and the details of relevant policies and procedures. Frontex security rules shall prevail and their breach may lead to the termintion of the contract.
