Question on undersigning documents and legal representation.
The General Guidance and the forms state that all documents must be undersigned by a formal representative of the company. Can Europol confirm that the representation of the company can follow from an combination of an abstract of the trade register together with a undersigned mandate from the board?

Copies of the relevant documents attesting the capacity of a person to legally commit the company towards Europol (i.e. to act as an authorised signatory) must be submitted with the request to participate.
