Tender Specifications, Provision of expert services for the revision, update and further development of EASO professional development materials for members of courts and tribunals, Open procurement procedure to conclude a framework contract: section 1.4 Description of Deliverables, Service 3 – Development of EASO Professional Development Material, p. 8. The text states: 'Professional development materials as described above shall be delivered within 180 days of signature of the specific contract unless agreed otherwise upon signature.' Based on experience of development of similar materials which takes approximately 360 days (12 months), we would like to check whether the stipulation of 180 days (6 months) is correct or whether this is perhaps a mistake?

Stipulation of 180 days for deliverable of Service 3 is a mistake. It shall read 'Professional development materials as described above shall be delivered within 365 days of signature of the specific contract unless agreed otherwise upon signature.' The updated tender specifications will be uploaded in eTendering.
