in Declaration of Honour on selection criteria, the first question 1a refers to section 2,4 C of the tender specifications, but such section does non exist. is this an misprint?

As point 2.4 C on legal and regulatory capacity is not included among the selection criteria of this tender specifications, the tenderer can select and tick the option NA, that means “not applicable”
