Cooperation with the current provider
Is the current contractor obliged by a contract to offer support for activities, which are described in the 4.1.1. Handover from/to the previous/new Contractor chapter? Who will communicate with the previous provider during the handover, the Agency or the new provider? Will the communication take place in English language? Will the previous contractor be available on-site or just off-site?

- During the handover the Agency will manage the communication with the previous Contractor. - All communication will be in the English language. Please note that all communication, all the required services and all documentation must be provided in English. - The previous contractor will be mainly available off-site.
