Data and outputs from the survey
Dear Madam/Sir, I would like to ask if the data and outputs from the survey (passenger mobility and Urban Logistic surveys) could be used for research purposes and results from analysis could be publicized by the research institutes or not. Thank you in advance.

Dear Madam/Sir, The Union acquires ownership of the results of contract implementation (article I.10 of the draft contract (Annex 3)). Having said this, the results of the surveys, once made publicly available, may be reused under the conditions of article 6 of Commission Decision 2011/833/EU. Kind regards,
