Security clearances
Our proposed experts have valid UK 'Security Check (SC)' or higher 'Developed Vetting (DV)' clearance which allows access to National Military Authority locations (eg Air Bases) in the UK. We expect that as the UK is a NATO member, the equivalence of this security clearance would be respected. Can you please clarify that SC-level clearance will be accepted as compliant with the tender specification?

The tenderer shall demonstrate that one of his proposed experts has a current valid “Habilitation CDSF” (“Confidentiel Défense Spécial France”) level of clearance, which is needed to access the data/infrastructure for the “CONFIDENTIAL” workstrand. Equivalents are not acceptable for access to the data/infrastructure for the “CONFIDENTIAL” workstrand. UK 'Security Check (SC)' or higher 'Developed Vetting (DV)' clearances cannot be considered compliant with the tender specifications.
