PART II of the questionnaire
We would like to know whether the administration of part II of the questionnaire requires moderation skills from the interviewers? That is to say, will part II have a moderation guide or a set of open-ended questions?

Part II of the survey will include a small number of open-ended questions. The length and the number of questions to be included will be confirmed during the project initiation phase.
