Declaration on honour

"The team delivering the service should include, as a minimum, the following profiles: * Project manager etc" I am a subcontractor to the team (who expects to deliver >10% of the project and whose capacity is to be relied upon to to fulfil the selection criteria. Our team meets all of the criteria - but I personally don't meet all of them. Should I complete the field as 'Yes'? Presumably you are interested in which team members fulfil which of the selection criteria. Where should this be declared?

You can tick "yes" in the declaration of honour. You can highlight the profile you are covering or delete the ones that are not relevant, but this is not mandatory. It is up to the coordinator to make sure all profiles are covered which should be clear from the tender and the CVs provided. See also question 23
