Special Conditions of Contract
We see several references to the Special Conditions of Contract (inter alia in the GCC, but also in TOR), but we did not see the Special Conditions of Contract in the tender material. Will EIB make the Special Conditions of Contract Available in advance or will they be part of the contract negotiation?
