Can you please tell us if it is required to provide the below inputs at the submission stage: “The Contractor shall propose the specific areas of the Contract to be classified at level RESTREINT UE/EU RESTRICTED on the basis of a security risk analysis. The Contractor shall propose updates of the Security Classification Guide provided as appendix to the Security Aspects Letter, for approval by the Commission.”

It is not needed at the submission stage. The aspects linked to the SAL (security aspect letter) will be dealt during the contract implementation.
