Service Contract II.1 Definitions : « Materials »
Can you please clarify the definition of « Materials » (undefined term) ? Would it include hard-copies or electronic versions of documents (e.g. studies, reports, analysis, specifications and descriptions, technical requirements, performances or any other documentation)? Would it apply as well to concepts and /or ideas (e.g. scenarios, unpatentable concepts, copyright-free)
