Appendix 1 EN-3 Annex_2 Technical_specifications_Security_Guard_Services Are each of the 6 end-to-year days (24 December – 31 December) to be considered a 24 hr holiday?

As expressed on page 14 of Annex 2 Technical_specifications, Europol understands that the security guards to be placed by the successful tenderer at Europol are subject to the collective labour agreements for the security industry applicable to the tenderer. On this basis and given that public holidays are defined in the said agreements, Europol sees no reason for the 6 end-of-year days to be considered 24 h holidays for the purpose of the contract to be established between Europol and the successful tenderer. Since this is a matter of Dutch labour conditions, tenderers are invited to make their own assessment regarding this matter.
