No, possession of the professional risk indemnity insurance (also called professional indemnity insurance) or the equivalent policy as indicated in the clarification for the question no. 33, is the mandatory requirement for the 5.3.2. Economic and Financial Capacity and substantial for the assessment of the Candidates in the candidature/application phase (phase 1). Only Candidates that fulfil all the requirements in phase 1 and selected in the candidature/application phase (phase 1) will participate in the tendering phase (phase 2) and will receive the "Invitation to Tender",
