Does the bank guarantee (template in Annex 7) need to be submitted togtehr with the bid, or it will be required from the successful participant only before siganture of the service contract? Thank you.

The bank guarantee (template Annex 7) will be requested from the successfull tenderer. It must not be submitted with the tender.
