Do we apply for the estimated 280 K EUR budget for 12 months or is it the budget for the 4 years? (and therefore we apply for the estimated 70 K EUR)?

The maximum value of the contract for Lot 8 - Poland is EUR 280,000.00 and will cover all the expenses for up to 2 editions per year during a maximum of 4 years. In the Price list tenderers must indicate the fee per edition of the training excluding travel and accommodation costs. Please see details in Annex I - Technical Specifications.
